How to Order:

Please provide us information on size, type of garment, number of colors; if no date of delivery is arranged, the order will automatically be registered as regular turnaround service up to 72 hours (on business days).

 

Fabric/Garment: Using the design for caps or on a variety of garments/fabrics, please let us know. Designs to be embroidered on fleece or leather will need a different approach and settings when digitized as well depending on fabric and thread colors, high contrasting colors (white on black, for instance) will require higher density so please be as specific as you can.

Size: If you’re not certain or need our assistance, we'd be glad to suggest a reasonable size for your logo depending on location to be embroidered.

 

Special instructions: Please prepare a detailed list of instructions or diagrams with your order if you don’t have a high quality image. This will greatly simplify our digitizing process and will ensure you'll get exactly what you wanted the first time.

 

Artwork accepted: .psd, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .tif, .jpg. We use Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDraw in Macintosh and Windows platform; clean fax image with colour specified; camera ready or printouts of image.

Please send us good artwork. We enlarge logos several times during digitizing, so good artwork ensures better quality digitizing and faster service for you.
